The COVID-19 pandemic shifted the way we worked, went to school, shopped for food, and feed our families. For some, access to food changed and purchases of high calorie, high sugar, low-cost, and self-stable items went up. Mealtime structure, sleep patterns, and household stressors were also affected. Join Registered Dietitian Jill Woodward as she discusses how our eating habits have shifted and how an increase in sugar intake over the last few years is impacting health.  

Jill Woodward is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Nutrition Education Specialist. She has a Master’s in nutrition and dietetics and has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals and outpatient clinics. Jill has also worked with fortune 500 companies across the US on developing a culture of health in their corporate environments. Jill enjoys seeing people achieve their chosen health and wellness goals.
